Return and Refund Policy

Build Construction Corporation stands by the quality of its work and materials. We provide a limited warranty on labor and workmanship for a period of time following completion of a project. This warranty is intended to cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.

• The warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the scope of work and materials used.
   
• The warranty applies only to work performed directly by Build Construction Corporation.
   
• Materials and products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
   

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, or misuse.
   
• Alterations, repairs, or work performed by others after project completion.
   
• Issues arising from conditions outside of our control, such as soil movement, water intrusion, or acts of nature.
   

To request warranty service, clients must notify Build Construction Corporation in writing within the warranty period. The company will evaluate the claim and determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate remedy. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or other corrective measures.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Build Construction Corporation. No refunds are offered. Liability is strictly limited to the cost of labor or materials provided by the company for the original project.
